CUSTOMER EXCELLENCE AWARD THIRD YEAR RUNNING
The team at local Vauxhall retailer, Accrington Garages, is celebrating as it is awarded the prestigious Vauxhall Excellence Award and named amongst the top 15 Vauxhall retailers in the country.
The family-run retailer on Burnley Road has been recognised as one of the country’s top performing retailers and rewarded for its exemplary levels of customer service following the results of the car manufacturer’s customer satisfaction surveys. The team at Accrington Garages has worked tirelessly to deliver an exceptional level of service to each individual customer and rank 13 th in the country for customer satisfaction.
What’s more, this isn’t the first time Accrington Garages’ efforts have been recognised as this is the third year running that the team has scooped the award. To celebrate this special accolade being awarded to Accrington Garages, Wal Singh and his team were presented with their Customer Excellence Award by Alex Shields, Head of Marketing for Aftersales at the showroom in Accrington.

The retailer was one of 32 retailers in the UK to receive the highest and most impressive combined scores in Vauxhall’s Customer Purchase Satisfaction and Service Satisfaction surveys, calculated at the end of 2016. Customers are invited to take part in the Vauxhall Customer Satisfaction programme following the purchase of a new vehicle or the servicing of a vehicle.
