Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering the Prize Draw.
Participation in the Prize Draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms. By entering the Prize Draw, all entrants will be deemed to be bound by these Terms. Please retain a copy for your information
In the event of any dispute regarding the conduct of the Prize Draw and all matters relating to it, the decision of the Promoter is final and binding and no correspondence or discussions will be entered into.
- For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the “Promoter” refers to Stellantis UK Limited trading as Fiat, whose registered office is at Pinley House, 2 Sunbeam Way, Coventry, CV3 1ND.
- For the purpose of these terms and conditions, Element London Limited acting as Agents will fulfil the prize on behalf of the Promoter.
- The “Prize” refers to a pre-paid Mastercard for 10 winners with a value of £500, drawn at random at the end of the prize draw period.
- The prize draw is open to eligible residents of Great Britain, aged 18 years or over (“Entrants”) who order a new Fiat 500 Hybrid in the period. Employees of Stellantis N.V. group companies, their immediate families, agencies and the Promoter’s authorised retailers are excluded from participation.
- The prize draw will be open from 00:01 on 2 July 2026. All entries must be received by midnight on 31 July 2026.
- The prize draw is open to retail customers, who place an eligible order of a new Fiat 500 Hybrid, placed with a participating Fiat retailer (“Participating Retailer”) between 02 July 2026 and 31 July 2026 inclusive (the “Offer Period”).
- The Offer applies to retail and affinity customers only (aged 18+), which includes outright purchase, personal contract purchase, personal contract hire, and conditional sale agreements.
- Vehicles must be registered before 31 October 2026
- In order to enter the prize draw, Entrants must: order an eligible vehicle within the Offer Period;
- (a) complete the online entry form via the website link;
- (b) provide the information requested;
- (c) accept these Terms and Conditions; and
- (d) submit the entry.
- Entries submitted in accordance with these Terms between the opening date and the closing date will be deemed valid entries.
- Entries generated by scripts, macros, or automated means will be disqualified.
- No additional purchase is necessary beyond the vehicle order. Entrants will not be required to pay to enter the prize draw.
- Only one entry per person will be accepted.
- Ten (10) winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received after the closing date.
- The Prize is a pre-paid Mastercard with a value of £500 as described in the promotional materials relating to the Prize Draw. The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter. The Prize will only be awarded directly to the Winner. In the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative of equal or greater value.
- The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate details; the Promoter will not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate details provided.
- The Promoter reserves the right to require valid proof of identification (as determined in its sole discretion) from the customer prior to honoring the Offer terms.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with the Prize draw or these terms and conditions and shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, the prize draw or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the Promoter, and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
- So far as is permitted by law, The Promoter and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from any act or default of any third-party supplier or from circumstances which are beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
- Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit the liability of The Promoter for personal injury or death caused by its negligence or for fraud.
- Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, The Promoter reserves the right to substitute that Prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
- During the promotional period, the Promoter will review the feasibility of running a similar promotion afterwards. Any future offers and their dates will be communicated in the same manner as this promotion.
- Personal data and marketing:
- (a) Customers who consent to marketing communications from the Promoter may receive future communications related to Stellantis products, promotions, and offers.
- (b) Customers are providing their information to the Promoter and members of Stellantis N.V. group of companies, and not to any other party unless otherwise stated. The administration of the Offer is a requested service as specified in the Promoter’s privacy policy.
- (c) In order to administer the Offer, the Promoter, and an associated agency on behalf of the Promoter, will require certain essential information including name, address and contact details.
- (d) Your data will be held in accordance with data protection laws and in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, a copy which can be found at [LINK]. The administration of the prize draw is a service as specified in the privacy policy. In order to administer the prize, The Promoter will require certain essential information including name, address and contact details. Entrants’ details will be passed onto a third party for the administration of the Prize.

- In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Prize draw or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
- The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
- The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of the Promoter after the winner has been selected.
- These terms and conditions, and any instructions from the Promoter, constitute the entire agreement between the customer, the Participating Retailer and the Promoter relating to this Offer and supersede any prior agreements between the customer, the Participating Retailer, and the Promoter relating to this Offer. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision and the other provisions of the terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect.
- Neither the Promoter nor its affiliates, agents, officers, or employees will be liable (to the extent permitted by law) for any loss or damage arising out of organising or holding this Offer. This paragraph does not seek to exclude the liability of any party listed in this paragraph for (a) death or personal injury caused by their negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and/or (c) any other matter for which it would be unlawful for them to exclude or attempt to exclude their liability. The customers’ statutory rights are not affected.
- These terms and conditions and all matters arising from or in connection with them are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.
