We are looking to employ a Warranty Clerk to join our busy Aftersales Department.
The ideal candidate will require to posses good administrative skills and the ability to work well within a a team.
Key functions will involve administering warranty procedures correctly to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. Help the retailer to achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency and cost control, ensuring all clerical functions are carried out in accordance with company policy, liaising directly with the Service advisors and workshop staff as well as parts department.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry guidelines, operating with the law and internal policies and procedures at all times.
